STL to PIE

Today I'm in Lakeland, FL again. Felt like coming to visit my parents, and they seem happy to see me! It was a surprise, and they liked it!
My dad could not believe I was at home... I called him from my cell phone while I was driving from the airport, and told him I'd call him once I got home. And so I did! He thought I was crazy, but came out to give me a big hug along with my mom!

I love suprises!

I had flown into St Petersburg airport before, so I just rented a car and drove to Lakeland. Funny thing happened when I had to pay for a toll, and I had no cash on me! I had to literally search thru my things to find 25 cents. That was the only cash I found.

On a different note, St Louis Zoo just had a baby elephant born!


PS: Lesson learned! Next time, always bring cash with you!
